“ With more than 11 years experience in building Web Applications, I have seen many technologies and frameworks come and go. Currently my preference is Spring MVC with Hibernate as ORM. Analogous with my Scandinavian furniture designers, I think less is more and my coding style reflect this. I like minimal and well-structured code and the above frameworks certainly helps to accomplish this goal.

Although my strength is in the back-end, I have very strong opinions about how the front-end should be developed. There should be a clear separation of markup and presentation. The markup should be kept minimal without unnecessary elements that many front-end developers throw in to manipulate the appearance. When it comes to dynamic HTML, I've really come to like jQuery. It's robust, small and unobtrusive. ”
