It is important that the stakeholders know exactly what I am working on, so I always keep the issue system accurately updated. I always publish coverage reports and never try to hide anything. I encourage code reviews and never merge to master unless the pull request has been reviewed.

based in russian hill
Island 13 is based in Russian Hill in the north of San Francisco, a 30 minutes walk from downtown.
Except during winter storms when I am based in Truckee so I can go skiing.
